INY Nagaon organised a Health Camp in association with Naba Astha NGO and Marwari Hospitals, Guwahati on 10th December,’23 at Kawaimari, Nagaon.<\/div><\/div>
Nearly 150+ people took the facility of the free heath check \"\u2705\"<\/span> up.<\/div><\/div>

Career and Social Guidance<\/b><\/p>

INY Nagaon on 4th December,’23 as a part of Students Connect Initiative conducted a Career Guidance Session for the students in Motiram Bora HS.<\/div><\/div>
We are glad that the students showed interest in our talks. We have been very peculiar about developing the youths. We believe our initiative will boast our vision for a holistic well-being of the people.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Spreading Smiles<\/b><\/p>

INY Nagaon, Barpeta, Gauhati and Sonitpur on account of Children’s Day ’23 visited an orphanage and spent some time with the lovely kids.<\/span><\/div><\/div>
The kids were gifted some stationery items and sweets.<\/div><\/div>

SOCIAL AND CAREER COUNSEELING\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

Integrated Network of Youths @iny_assam<\/a> always believes youths can lead the society and they are the strongest power.<\/div>
We conducted our first Social Counselling Initiative at Kapahera HS on 28th October,23.<\/div>
Also, Career Guidance was provided. INY President Dhirazit Hazarika and Volunteer Padmanav Kakati initiated the sessions. The students too were interactive.<\/div>
We aim at bringing a social zeal amongst the students of today and tomorrow.<\/div><\/div>

FREE EYE CHECK UP CAMP<\/b><\/p>

Eyesight is of vital importance for all. Along with physical health, the well being of eyesight plays an important role.<\/div>
We in support of ERC Lens conducted a Free Eye Check Up Camp at Laokhuwa on 8th October, 2023.<\/div><\/div>
A total of 80 people had attained the opportunity to do a free check up. We are grateful that we could have done something that has been instrumental in bringing a good health of the people.<\/div><\/div>

Why shall we hesitate to thank someone for their contributions and Hardwork? We initiated a Thankyou Campaign to thank the superheroes of our lives! We see many women who are working at the streets for themselves and for their family. We see Women officers working day and night for the people. We see some women whose age demand playing with grandchildren yet she’s working for a living!\u00a0<\/div>

Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Camp<\/b><\/p>

Health and Sanitation is the most important for all !<\/div><\/div>
The Women Cell of INY conducted a Sanitation Drive and a Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Camp for the girls of Brahampur Blind School, Nagaon on 27th September,2023.<\/div>
Also, distributed some amount of essential commodities like Bleaching Powder and Medicines for the kids.<\/div>

Visit to Brahamapur Blind School<\/b><\/p>

They are living the most beautiful life for they can’t see the darkness of the world. They imagine a world full of brightness. They have the purest hearts and soul.<\/div><\/div>
We visited Brahampur Blind School on 27th August 23 and spent the day with them and served the afternoon meal. They are the purest creation of God. Our hearts were filled with esteemed pleasure when we interacted with them. The innocence, the pureness and the undefeatable mindset in them inspires us a lot !<\/div><\/div>

77th Independence Day Celebration<\/b><\/p>

As India marks the celebration of 77th Independence Day , 2023; INY also observed the Independence Day with great zeal and enthusiasm.<\/div>
The General Secretary of INY, Assam, Nirup Jyoti Das, Dhunu Das<\/span><\/a> hoisted the Tricolour in the presence of the local people at HQ Nagaon, Assam. Also, homage was paid to the great souls of India who laid their lives for freedom.<\/div>
INY_Assam organised a Patriotic Dance Contest at Puranigudam Nagaon on the occasion of 77th Independence Day,2023. We organised it at the historical Pujabari where the wooden idols of Goddess Durga are kept and worshipped. We feel blessed to have organised the contest there and our gratitude to the committee.<\/div><\/div>
Nearly 40 participants participated and a crowd of nearly 80 was gathered. We thank the Judges, Guests and all volunteers present who have made the event successful.<\/div><\/div>
The dance performances of the little kids mesmerised all the crowd present there. We are thankful for their cooperation and participation.<\/div><\/div>

As a part of our vision towards creating an intellectual environment, a Career Counselling Session was organised at Navajagaran Vidyapeeth, Rupohi.<\/div>

Third Foundation Day Observation and MINDFEST_2.0<\/b><\/p>

Integrated Network Of Youths _Assam<\/span><\/a> is so proud to observe its Third Foundation Day on 4th of June,2023 at Nowgong Girls’ College Auditorium in the August presence of Honourable Guests and Dignitaries across various fields. We have been trying our outmost best in the past years to work for youths upliftment in field of cultural, social and educational development as per our caliber. We hope we have been able to achieve our goal to certain extend keeping into view all several constraints.<\/div><\/div>
The Foundation Day Ceremony had the August presence of Hon. Deputy Commissioner of Nagaon, Sjt Narendra Kumar Shah, IAS; and Hon. Superintendent of Police, Nagaon, Sjt Nabaneet Mahanta , APS as the Chief Guests. Also, amongst all invited guests, Supratip Lal Baruah, APS , Add. Superintendent of Police; Advocate A.H Khandaker, President Bar Association, Nagaon ; Dr. Kulen Ch. Das, Principal, Nowgong Girls’College; Sri Dilip Kumar Borah, Principal, Ramanujan Junior College were present as Guest Of Honour. We are so grateful to all our invited dignitaries for their kind presence in the occasion and motivating us to work more.<\/div>

As a regular event of May,2023, on 20th May,2023; we organised a Career Guidance session for class 9-12 where we discussed several entrance exams and pathways to crack them. INY CULTURAL AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT MONTH 2023<\/b><\/p>

INY_ASSAM with an initiative towards youth development , trying to imbibe a zeal of social awareness, scientific temperament , cultural responsibility amongst the youths started the INY Cultural and Skills Development Week\u00a0 in 2021. This Week was held in online mode in the past two years to gain a wide participation in the state and also taking into concern the Covid-19 restrictions.<\/p>

This time, the Third Edition of INY Cultural and Skills Development Week has been changed to\u00a0INY Cultural and Skills Development Month<\/strong>, in which we are targeting to conduct events\u00a0offline<\/strong>\u00a0in schools of the remotest areas so that we can connect the students with the mainstream. We shall conduct events amongst the schools kids so that the youths get culturally , scientifically and socially aware.\u00a0<\/p>

Also, we are organising\u00a0 a Submission Based\u00a0\u00a0Essay Competition<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Book Review<\/strong>\u00a0Contest like the previous years !<\/p>

WOMEN’S DAY 2023<\/b><\/p>

We have always been speaking about women empowerment , highlighting big celebs and highly framed personalities ! But probably we missed the real women empowerment that abides in our locality.<\/div><\/div>
As a part of Pre_Celebration of Women’s Day,2023 ; Integrated Network Of Youths -INY<\/span><\/a> felicitated 10 women and girls of Nagaon who’s working hard for living of themselves and their family. This is what we mean by real women empowerment.<\/div><\/div>
These women has a struggling story behind them. While interacting we came to know, they are not illiterate. They have sufficient qualifications , but unfortunately can’t get any employment. Still working hard to maintain their living. We wish them all the best and ensure that we shall help them in whatever way we can.<\/div><\/div>
And, yes this time all the girl Volunteers performed the event. This women’s day , it was special for all the girl Volunteers as well as to those women too !! INY YOUTH PARLIAMENT 2023<\/b><\/h5>
A democracy without a parliament holds no good ! And a democratic country with people unaware of the parliamentary proceedings, is not a democracy at all !<\/div><\/div>
We at INY with an ambition to make the youths, the kids understand the processes and proceedings in a Parliament, Organised a #Youth_Parliament<\/a> at Sandipani Vidyamandir, Nowgong on 10th February,22.<\/div>
It was not a regular event, more than that, we wanted the students to know what happens inside the parliament, how bills are passed , how all debates are done !<\/div>
Even if the kids have understood what’s the Zero Hour, probably we have attained our goal !<\/div><\/div>
We are grateful enough to Dipak Das<\/span><\/a> sir for his moderation in the entire session!<\/div>

On account of National Youth Day ,’23 ; INY Volunteers initiated a drive to distribute Copies, pens and some bakeries for the kids and preached the ideals of Swami Vivekananda amongst the kids . We also went to some remote locations and interacted with the underprivileged kids. Those kids have a zeal to study but due to certain causes are not.
