THE INY CONSTITUTION
THE PREAMBLE
WE , THE MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION, INTEGRATED NETWORK OF YOUTHS (INY) IN ORDER TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE ACADEMICAL AND CULTURAL GROWTH,AMONG THE YOUNG GENERATION OF TODAY’S INDIA AND ASSAM, HAVING RESOLVED TO CONSTITUTE INY INTO A DEMOCRATIC, SOCIAL, CULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL AND SECULAR ASSOCIATION,DO HEREBY ORDAIN AND ESTABLISH,ADAPT,ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS CONSTITUTION ON THIS 4TH OF JUNE,2020.

The Motto of the Association shall be:-
“Education, Cultural Renaissance and Civility leads to transmission of Civilization.”
The Association aims at the following:
a.To revive , revamp, and expand the Assamese culture and Tradition while keeping into concern and consideration the proliferation of Indian culture andwork for its enhancement and amelioration whenever the need is felt so.
b.To boast and felicitate the academic skills of students in the entire state of Assam and in times of need, in the whole of India.
c.To provide a platform for the youngsters and youths to reveal and showcase their latent talent.
d.To organise intellectual conferences and events to create an intellectual ambience for a gentle and civil society.
e.To serve social and timely help to the people and the society in times of need.

NIRUP J. DAS
Nirup Jyoti Das is currently pursuing his law degree at Nowgong Law College. As an active and experienced member of INY, his proficiency in teamwork has consistently motivated other members to perform at their best. He has played a crucial role in the growth and development of INY in every aspect. In recognition of his dedication, he was awarded the Most Dedicated Volunteer for the year 2022-23. Nirup assumed the position of President on June 16, 2024.
TRIDIP NATH
Tridip Nath completed his Bachelor's degree at Nowgong College and is an active and experienced member of INY. Renowned for his exceptional oratory skills, he has made significant contributions to the organization. His dedication and hard work were recognized when he was awarded the Best Volunteer Male award for the year 2022-23.


KAINAT UMME SHEIKH
Kainat Umme Sheikh is currently pursuing her law degree, demonstrating a deep commitment to her academic and professional development. As an active and dedicated volunteer, she has consistently taken on leadership roles, guiding and organizing a wide range of events with remarkable efficiency. Her ability to manage teams and coordinate complex activities has been instrumental in the success of these events, earning her recognition and respect from her peers.
CHANDAN DAS
Chandan Das is currently pursuing a law degree and is a dedicated and active volunteer. He has successfully led and organized numerous events, demonstrating exceptional leadership and teamwork skills. His contributions have significantly advanced the organization's goals, earning him recognition and respect from his peers. Chandan's commitment to service and his ability to inspire others make him an invaluable asset to every project he undertakes. Chandan Das received the Best Volunteer (Male) award for 2023-24.


BENAJIR RAHIM
Benajir Rahim has successfully completed her bachelor's degree and was awarded the Most Dedicated Volunteer Award for the year 2023-24. Known for her unwavering commitment and exemplary work ethic, Benajir's contributions have played a pivotal role in the organization's achievements. Her dedication to excellence and passion for making a difference have set a high standard within the community and earned her respect and admiration among peers and colleagues alike.
MANUMATI BISWAS
Manumati Biswas, currently dedicated to pursuing her law degree, has been a committed member of our organization for quite some time. Her exceptional efforts and unwavering commitment were recently acknowledged when she was honored as the Best Volunteer Female for the year 2023-24. Manumati's profound dedication has not only enriched our community efforts but has also set a standard for excellence within our organization.


DIPJYOTI BORAH
Dipjyoti is currently dedicated to pursuing his law degree and has established himself as a steadfast and loyal member of our organization. His unwavering commitment and regular participation have significantly strengthened our team dynamics and contributed to the successful execution of our initiatives. Dipjyoti's dedication to our goals exemplifies his reliability and passion for making a meaningful impact within our community.
ABHIJIT SAIKIA
Abhijit Saikia, currently pursuing a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering at NIT Silchar, hails from Sivasagar. With a profound passion for Bihu and a keen interest in exploring Assamese heritage, he is well-versed in Assamese literature. Abhijit has played a pivotal role in the inclusion process of members within INY, showcasing his commitment to fostering a cohesive community within the organization.

MRINMOY RAJAK
Mrinmoy Rajak was honored as the Most Regular Volunteer for the year 2023-24, celebrated for his unwavering dedication, loyalty, and diligent work ethic. His consistent commitment has been pivotal in driving the organization's initiatives forward and fostering a strong sense of community among members. In a short span, Mrinmoy Rajak has proven to be an exceptional leader by effectively organizing and leading multiple events, demonstrating his commitment and capability within the organization. His proactive approach and dedication have significantly contributed to the success of these initiatives

Primly Das, currently pursuing a law degree, has served as the head of the Barpeta unit with exemplary leadership. Her commitment to community service and effective organization of various activities within the unit have significantly contributed to its success and cohesion.

PARTHAJIT BORAH

Parthajit Borah is a lecturer in Dhubri Government High School, Assam. Previously, he was a lecturer in SCERT, Hailakandi. He is a renowned poet whose poems have been listed in International news dailies. His passion for learning is worthy mentioning. He has completed his M.Ed. and has a teaching experience of good number of years. He is also a well famed orator and a motivator for students.

GENERAL / PLENARY SESSIONS
First General Session
On 4th June,2020 the founding members of INY in presence of other few volunteers met and the First Session was held wherein the First State Committee was formed and INY Constitution was officially adopted , thereby leading to official establishment of Integrated Network Of Youths-Assam.
Second Plenary Session
On 4th June,2021 , the Second Virtual Plenary Session was held wherein the Second State Committee under the presidentship of Pankaj J. Sarmah was formed and the office bearers took hold of the responsibilities from that day . The session was held online owing to Covid Pandemic restrictions.


Special Session (I)
On 11th October, 2021 a special session was organised under the presidentship of new President's Office Bearer Shivranjan Baruah. This session was called in short notice in virtual mode to resolve certain critical internal issues arising at that time. The Session had remarkable significance as the formation of an executive body to avoid monotonicity of any positions as well as to avoid internal clashes which will be the guardian of INY was proposed and accepted unanimously. The newly formed State Committee took hold of their office responsibilities.
Third Plenary Session
4th June, 2022 marked the Third Plenary (first session in-person)Session. Johns Hazarika and was sworn in as the Fourth President of INY_Assam and Other office Bearers followed. The First in-person Plenary session hosted guests from other NGOs with which , INY collaborated . The session marked 2 years on INY in service of the society. Moreover, INY Constitution was amended and the new version was adopted .


2023
Fourth Plenary Session
On 4th June, 2023, the Fourth Plenary Session was held under the presidentship of Johns Hazarika which marked successful three years accomplishment of INY’s service towards the society. The Plenary Session had the August presence of Hon. Deputy Commissioner of Nagaon, Sjt Narendra Kumar Shah, IAS; and Hon. Superintendent of Police, Nagaon, Sjt Nabaneet Mahanta , APS as the Chief Guests. Also, Principals of many colleges, Professors, Advocates , Social Workers , Journalists were present in the session. INY gained more enthusiasm to work more with the vibrant team.

Fifth Plenary Session
On June 16th, 2024, we gathered for the Fifth Plenary Session under the esteemed leadership of President Dhirazit Hazarika, commemorating four remarkable years of INY’s unwavering commitment to societal betterment. This milestone was not just a testament to our achievements but also a reflection of the collective dedication and hard work that have driven our mission forward. One of the most touching highlights of this journey was the celebration of INY Foundation Day at the Sonapur old age home. The event was more than just a commemoration; it was an experience that resonated deeply with everyone involved. The day was imbued with warmth, gratitude, and a profound sense of connection, reminding us of the impact we can create when we come together as a community. It served as a powerful reminder of our mission to bring positive change, one meaningful interaction at a time.
