The Association aims at the following:
a.To revive , revamp, and expand the Assamese culture and Tradition while keeping into concern and consideration the proliferation of Indian culture andwork for its enhancement and amelioration whenever the need is felt so.
b.To boast and felicitate the academic skills of students in the entire state of Assam and in times of need, in the whole of India.
c.To provide a platform for the youngsters and youths to reveal and showcase their latent talent.
d.To organise intellectual conferences and events to create an intellectual ambience for a gentle and civil society.

ORGANISATIONAL FRAMEWORK
The Integrated Network of Youths (INY) Assam operates through a structured governance framework designed to ensure effective leadership, accountability, and efficient implementation of its programmes and activities. The organisation is headed by the Chairman, who provides overall vision and strategic direction. The Managing Director oversees organisational operations and works closely with the Board of Directors, which is responsible for governance, policy formulation, and institutional development. The Administrative Body, led by the Lead Volunteer, manages the execution of programmes through various regional and functional clusters. The Public Relations Team and Technical Affairs, Media & Design function under the Administrative Body and support the organisation’s communication, outreach, media, and technical operations. At the grassroots level, a dedicated team of Volunteers carries out INY’s initiatives in the fields of education, youth empowerment, social welfare, disaster response, environmental conservation, and community development.
Dhirazit Hazarika
B.Tech (NIT Silchar)
Dhirazit Hazarika is an undergraduate from NIT Silchar and is currently working with a leading conglomerate. Driven by a vision to create meaningful social impact, he, along with a group of like-minded friends, founded INY in 2020. What began as a shared dream has grown into a dynamic youth-led organization through his unwavering dedication, passion, and commitment. Since its inception, Dhirazit has demonstrated remarkable perseverance in leading the organization through challenges and opportunities alike. His determination to serve society, empower youth, and build a platform for positive change has been instrumental in shaping INY’s journey. Under his guidance and continuous efforts, INY has expanded its reach and impact, touching countless lives through various social, educational, and humanitarian initiatives.
Nirup Jyoti Das, BSc.,LLB
As an active and experienced member of INY, Nirup has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, commitment, and teamwork. His ability to inspire and motivate fellow members has significantly contributed to the organization's growth and development across various domains. In recognition of his unwavering dedication and service, he was honored with the Most Dedicated Volunteer Award for 2022–23. Following years of committed involvement and impactful contributions, Nirup assumed the office of President of INY on 16 June 2024, continuing to lead the organization with vision, passion, and a strong sense of responsibility.

GENERAL / PLENARY SESSIONS
First General Session
On 4th June,2020 the founding members of INY in presence of other few volunteers met and the First Session was held wherein the First State Committee was formed and INY Constitution was officially adopted , thereby leading to official establishment of Integrated Network Of Youths-Assam.
Second Plenary Session
On 4th June,2021 , the Second Virtual Plenary Session was held wherein the Second State Committee under the presidentship of Pankaj J. Sarmah was formed and the office bearers took hold of the responsibilities from that day . The session was held online owing to Covid Pandemic restrictions.
Special Session (I)
On 11th October, 2021 a special session was organised under the presidentship of new President's Office Bearer Shivranjan Baruah. This session was called in short notice in virtual mode to resolve certain critical internal issues arising at that time. The Session had remarkable significance as the formation of an executive body to avoid monotonicity of any positions as well as to avoid internal clashes which will be the guardian of INY was proposed and accepted unanimously. The newly formed State Committee took hold of their office responsibilities.
Third Plenary Session
4th June, 2022 marked the Third Plenary (first session in-person)Session. Johns Hazarika and was sworn in as the Fourth President of INY_Assam and Other office Bearers followed. The First in-person Plenary session hosted guests from other NGOs with which , INY collaborated . The session marked 2 years on INY in service of the society. Moreover, INY Constitution was amended and the new version was adopted .
2023
Fourth Plenary Session
On 4th June, 2023, the Fourth Plenary Session was held under the presidentship of Johns Hazarika which marked successful three years accomplishment of INY’s service towards the society. The Plenary Session had the August presence of Hon. Deputy Commissioner of Nagaon, Sjt Narendra Kumar Shah, IAS; and Hon. Superintendent of Police, Nagaon, Sjt Nabaneet Mahanta , APS as the Chief Guests. Also, Principals of many colleges, Professors, Advocates , Social Workers , Journalists were present in the session. INY gained more enthusiasm to work more with the vibrant team.

Fifth Plenary Session
On June 16th, 2024, we gathered for the Fifth Plenary Session under the esteemed leadership of President Dhirazit Hazarika, commemorating four remarkable years of INY’s unwavering commitment to societal betterment. This milestone was not just a testament to our achievements but also a reflection of the collective dedication and hard work that have driven our mission forward. One of the most touching highlights of this journey was the celebration of INY Foundation Day at the Sonapur old age home. The event was more than just a commemoration; it was an experience that resonated deeply with everyone involved. The day was imbued with warmth, gratitude, and a profound sense of connection, reminding us of the impact we can create when we come together as a community. It served as a powerful reminder of our mission to bring positive change, one meaningful interaction at a time.

Sixth Plenary Session
The 6th Plenary Session of INY Assam was held on 4th January 2026 at Pranab Baruah Kalakshetra, Nagaon, as part of the post-celebration of the organization’s 5th Foundation Day.The session was graced by Padma Shri Shri Drona Bhuyan and attended by distinguished personalities including Shri Bijit Barthakur, Shri Dilip Kumar Borah, Shri Naba Mahanta, Shri Mukul Prasad Barthakur, Shri Dipak Das, and Shri Abhishek Kabra.A key highlight of the session was the institution of the INY Lifelong Perseverance Award, introduced to honour individuals who demonstrate exceptional courage and determination in life. The inaugural award was conferred upon Shri Gopal Dev Kakati, who, despite being visually impaired, continues to earn his livelihood through devotional singing with remarkable dedication and perseverance.
The session concluded with a renewed commitment by INY Assam to continue its mission of youth empowerment, social service, and recognizing inspiring individuals who contribute positively to society.
