Membership shall be granted under the listed criteria and eligibility
 A. Eligibility

 1. He/ she desiring to be a member of INY shall be a citizen of India.
2. Students appearing in Class 10 final exams or Class 12 final exams or equivalent to that, cannot be members of the Association unless they have completed their exams mentioned here
3. He/ She must be 16 years or above 16 years of age and below 60 years of age.
4. Individuals above 60 or 60 years of age at present are eligible to be in the Advisory cell only or to hold any honorary posts offered by INY.  The existence of an Advisory cell is mentioned in part VII, Article 11.
5. To be a member the individual must have passed class VII from any Educational institute or board.
6. He/she must have a good character.
7. He/ she should not have any criminal cases or allegations against him/ her.
8. He/ she must be an honest and sincere citizen abiding by all laws of the Indian and INY constitutions.

B. Criteria:

1. The individual willing to be a member of INY must apply to the INY Administration online/offline and every applicant must undergo a personal interaction/ interview and on the basis of it, the applicant will be granted membership. The interaction/ interview will be conducted by a board of members appointed by INY STATE ADMINISTRATION.

2. Granting of Membership lies at the hands of the State Administration only. However, the Revocation of Membership shall be under the supervision of both the State administration and the Executive Committee.
