INY CONCLAVE 2022

Integrated Network Of Youths_Assam Organised the inaugural session of INY_Conclave 2022 at Urban High School, Nagaon on 19th December, 22. The inaugural session was graced with the presence of Sudipta Nath, Lecturer, Nowgong College, Anita Dhoot, Vice Principal, Sandipani Vidyamandir, Nowgong; Ranadeep Nandi, Resource Person of Nehru Yuva Kendra, Nagaon; Abhinandan Hazarika, Social Worker and Principal,Govt. Urban High School where the eminent speakers addressed several issues. Also a career counseling session was done by Dhirazit Hazarika and Saurav Jyoti Saikia ( NIT UG Scholars) for the students.

After the inaugural session, the two day conclave was started and it finally concluded on 20th December,’22 . The sessions were live telecasted on Social Media Pages. We also thank our Sponsor Abhishek RAJ Foundation for their kind support.

With a hope to organise such conclaves in the upcoming year, INY hereby signs off!

LACHIT DIVAS 2022

On the occasion of 400th Birth Anniversary of Lachit Borphukan, INY Volunteers paid tribute to Lachit Borphukan with lighting of a diya !

The diya symbolizes enlightenment of the darkness . We wish for nullifying all darkness and thereby approach towards a developed state wherein we rightly preserve and uphold our culture and ethnicity.

This Year Assam Government celebrated Lachit Divas in a grand way following Lachit’s 400th Birth Anniversary. Following it, INY Volunteers also took the initiative to honour the brave heart of Assam.

CHILDREN’S DAY CELEBRATION- 2022

Integrated Network Of Youths -INY celebrated #ChildrensDay with the talented and lovely kids of Kolongpar L.P School,Nagaon on 14th Nov,22! We are so happy to see that in times when government schools lack students and are on the way to shut down or get amalgamated, this school though being a Lower Primary has more than 150+ students. This is really incredible and appreciable!

The kids were provided a handsome #meal from INY. A #drawing_Workshop was too conducted. The kids danced, laughed and enjoyed in glee! Thanks to all the INY Volunteers and the School Management for allowing us this opportunity!

SCIENCE AND ART WORKSHOP 2022

Integrated Network Of Youths -INY organised a Science and Art Workshop 2022 at Kujidah HS School in an attempt to encourage scientific temperament among the youths. We are thankful to Dr. Jogen C. Kalita, HoD, Dept. Of Zoology, Gauhati University for addressing the students as a resource person in the Science Workshop.

Art is an essence of life. Without colours, life is dull. Art Workshop is organised for middle primary students so that they can experience the colours of life.
Thanks to Kangkan Shill and Ankur Raj Kashyap for being the instructors in the Art Workshop.

Also thanks to the School Administration for giving us the opportunity to conduct the workshop.

PANNEL DISCUSSION ON ACCOUNT OF 76th I-DAY

Integrated Network Of Youths -INY , Parikalpana and Byatikram Anti-Drugs, Tobacco and Liquor Awareness Campaign to commemorate 75 years of Independence collaboratively organised a Panel Discussion on “As India celebrate the 75 years of Independence, do you think that we are truly free or being enslaved by the rapid technological advancement especially Al.” on 17th August,2022 at Arjya Vidyapeeth College, Guwahati .

Mayur Bora, Renowned writer and critic, Samir Sarkar, Asst. Professor, Gauhati University, Nabamita Deb, Asst. Professor, Gauhati University, Mayuri Sarmah, PhD Scholar were present as Panelists.

We express our gratitude to all our panelists as well as the management of Arjya Vidyapeeth College for their coordination and Support. Also, we are grateful to Parikalpana and Byatikram Anti-Drugs, Tobacco and Liquor Awareness Campaign for the collaboration.

EduTrust Technologies was the technical Partner and Green Bikes was the refreshment partner. Thanks to both the partners for the support and coordination.

Finally thanks to all volunteers and students who participated in the session.

INDEPENDENCE DAY 2022

President of Integrated Network Of Youths -INY Johns Hazarika, accompanied by INY Volunteer, Bonani Bora, hoisted the Tricolour at Nagaon marking the 76th Independence Day,2022 .

Integrated Network Of Youths -INY and Kalpajyoti hoisted the Tricolour at Dhudpatil Village of Silchar,Assam where in President of Kalpajyoti Sayan Saha and Jt. Secretary of INY, Dhirazit Hazarika was present.

In this occasion, INY has published an

E-magazine

– SWARAJ ( স্বৰাজ) to commemorate the 75 years of Independence. Sayan Saha, President Of Kalpajyoti initiated the lauch of SWARAJ.

We thank the Editorial Board mostly Anshuman Saikia, Editor of this Magazine for his valuable contribution and also to all the ones who contributed their articles towards this magazine. We hope the readers will enjoy this .

Integrated Network Of Youths -INY as the facilitation partner, with support of Nirmaan NGO and CryptoRelief , organised a post flood Back to Home Kit at Bahakabari , Nagaon supporting 150 families whose houses have been devastated by flood.

HAR GHAR TIRANGA

Har Ghar Tiranga – an initiative of Government of India to mark 75 Years of Independence, has been widely observed by all sections of People of the nation. We at INY , as a tribute to the nation, observe the Har Ghar Tiranga . Our members proudly showcase/ display the National Tricolour to mark 75 Years of Independence and as a tribute to the entire nation and for all those who have sacrificed their lives for the nation .

FLOOD RELIEF

INY Flood Relief Continues….!

Integrated Network Of Youths -INY in collaboration with Kalpajyoti Foundation on 1/7/2022 carried out a flood relief drive at #Silchar which is the worst flood hit area. We target 80+ individuals and provided them fried rice/Pulow , water bottles, cake, sanitary pads and few other dry food items .

Silchar has been struggling against the flood since the last 2 months. Apart from Silchar many districts with more than 33 lakh people have been affected by the devastating flood. We at INY are trying our best to support and help the flood victims.

Integrated Network Of Youths -INY organised a relief campaign at Dighaliati,Raha on 28.06.22

We whole heartedly thanks all those who have contributed towards our INY Relief Fund.

Assam is really devastated by floods and we are just doing our part. We are trying to help people as much as we can.

We supported 100+ families in that flood devasted area. We had all offical permissions and all protocols were maintained.

MIND FEST 2022

On 11th June,2022 #INY organized Mind Fest 2022 : A Quiz Contest for School Students at Ramanujan Senior Secondary School , Nagaon. We thank the school authority for this opportunity.

Also, heartfelt thanks to Sir Dipak Das who was the quiz master of the contest. We were delighted to see the enthusiasm and energy of the participants.

Kudos to all.

The winners were awarded with trophies and certificates. The Contest shall help the kids to gain an interest in the Quizzing arena and thereby building a pile of external information. We shall remain committed towards organizing such events for the school students.

WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY

The Earth is ours, we need to protect it, preserve it , beautify it and create a sustainable environment for all. Because there’s no planet B.

On World Environment Day, our volunteers planted trees with a vision for a green and clean world.

INY 2nd FOUNDATION DAY

A Journey of Two Years : 4th June,2020 – 4th June,2022.

Integrated Network of Youths Assam observed the 2nd Foundation Day 2022 today on 4th June, 2022 at Govt. Urban High School. All members participated in the event.

The event was also graced by the presence of HOB, Kalpajyoti Nagaon, Tammana Baruah and also Arjeet , Executive Member, Parikalpana . We thank both the organizations for we had collaborated several times with them and did something that benefits the society.

The event was commenced by the lighting of the lamp , followed by the Tree Plantations.

The other events followed. Also, the new State Committee took charge today along with the new Executive Committee and the INY Online Forum.

We thank all the volunteers for their kind support and active participation in the ceremony.

PHILATHROPY FOR THE FLOOD VICTIMS AT NAGAON ( DAY 3)

INY continues its mission to help the flood affected victims ! Today a team of INY-Assam went to #Gurimari,Raha and distribute 120 cakes , 80 water bottles, 80 juice packets and few sanitary pads.

We are thankful to all whoever has helped us in this noble deed. At this time we need to show the human in us. INY will try to do as best possible to help the victims.

PHILATHROPY FOR THE FLOOD VICTIMS AT NAGAON ( DAY 2)

INY provided relief to 3 flood relief camps today in Ghahi , Nagaon Assam

The people affected by floods are staying in nearby schools and #namghars .

We tried to help the people as much as we could.

This is hard time ! We need a lot of support from the people.

PHILATHROPY FOR THE FLOOD VICTIMS AT NAGAON ( DAY 1)

A team of #INY visited a camp at #Ghahi_Bhatikuri_Balika_LP School Nagaon and provided few food items for 50-60 people living in the camp.

The food items included 5 kg rice ,4 kg dal, salt, cooking oil, potatoes and onions.

Floods in Assam is not so unusual but this time floods have been very devastating. INY is always with the people and shall always be.

Our Relief for the flood affected people will continue.

PHILATHROPY FOR THE FLOOD VICTIMS AT CACAHAR

“Helping Hands are holier than praying lips.”

The flood situation in Cachar is worsening day after day . INY stepped in #Silchar for the first time in collaboration with #Kalpajyoti Foundation and gave a relief of one time full packed nutritious lunch to nearly 150 people in #Betukandi_LP_School Relief Camp.

We highly express our gratitude to all those who have contributed towards this act of humanity.

INTERNATIONAL LABOUR’S DAY 2022

( FOOD PACKETS DISTRIBUTION)

When we desire our works to be appreciated, why do we hesitate to appreciate the small workers for their work? Why can’t we reward them ?

This labour’s day, INY just tried to bring smiles on the faces of small workers who feed their family by the small daily works they perform. Without them our life will halt. Just imagine a world without rickshawwallah , autowallahs, cobblers etc.
It’s unimaginable. Let’s be grateful for those who have tried to make our lives convenient.

An initiative by INY-Assam to develop scientific temperament in students. We taught few students for a time duration of 1.5 hours giving them a practical experience and showcased a lot many interesting things. Students are the future of Tomorrow. So, we tried to shape their minds scientifically at this small age, so that they can dream higher and bigger.

( CAREER COUNSELLING, MOTIVATIONAL TALK AND WORKSHOP ON PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT)

On the 11th of January, 2022, Parikalpana-Nagaon Parikalpana and Integrated Network of Youths-Assam jointly pre observed National Youths Day 2022, commemorating the ideals of Swami Vivekananda. This year, we intended to hold events that will expand the minds of youths and encourage them to think rationally. Events included career counselling, motivational talks, and a workshop on personal development. Such events would rationalise the minds of adolescents, paving the way for their metamorphosis into responsible and visionary citizens of India, thereby following the noble principles of Swami Vivekananda.

We thank Sir Parthajit Borah who was present as our guest Speaker. Also we thank the staff , students and Principal of Hatichung High School for their support and active participation.
