The #INY_Conclave 3.0 unfolded with an air of palpable excitement and anticipation, drawing together a diverse array of youth eager to engage in discussions and activities aimed at driving positive societal change. Against the backdrop of the illustrious ADP College Auditorium in Nagaon, the Conclave served as a rallying point for young minds passionate about making a difference in their communities.

We were honored to host a distinguished panel of visionaries whose contributions have left an indelible mark on society. Dr. Madhurima Goswami, the esteemed Head of the Chandraprabha Saikiani Centre for Women Studies at Tezpur University, along with Dr. Mousmi Mahanta, a dynamic Assistant Professor from the same esteemed institution, graced us with their presence. Joining them was Dr. Arunima Gogoi, a trailblazing Scientist hailing from the AAU_Zonal Research Centre in Shillongani, and Dr. Pranjal Buragohain, the passionate Founder of Vidya: The Living School, Subahi and Asst. Professor, Dibrugarh University. Alongside these luminaries stood Miguel Das Queah, a relentless advocate for Child Rights and the Founder of UTSAH NGO, as well as Dr. Sanjib Kumar Borkakoti, an erudite Academician renowned for his scholarly endeavors in researching the literary works of Srimanta Sankardev.

Adding to the grandeur of the occasion, we were privileged to welcome Dilip Kumar Borah, the esteemed Principal of Ramanujan Junior College, and Srijani Hazarika, an accomplished Assistant Professor from Rupahi College, as our esteemed guests of honor. Furthermore, it was our pleasure to felicitate Rajababu Saikia, whose remarkable achievement of cracking the APSC 2023 and assuming the role of Assistant Accounts Officer, serves as a testament to the unwavering spirit of dedication and perseverance.

The ceremonial proceedings commenced with a dignified guard of honor, symbolizing respect and reverence for the esteemed guests. Tridip Nath’s inaugural speech set a tone of inspiration and purpose, emphasizing the significance of the Conclave’s theme: “Empowering Youths for a Change.” The lighting of the lamp, a symbolic gesture representing the dispelling of ignorance and the ushering in of enlightenment, further underscored the Conclave’s mission.

Panel discussions, the heart of the Conclave, delved into a myriad of pressing societal issues. The first session, focusing on child rights and the dignity of women in workplaces, highlighted the imperative of creating safe and nurturing environments for vulnerable populations. Discussions likely examined systemic challenges and proposed solutions to ensure equal opportunities and protections for all.

In the second session, the spotlight shifted to innovative approaches in education, with Vidya: The Living School serving as a beacon of progressive pedagogy. Participants explored holistic learning models that prioritize creativity, experiential learning, and character development, aiming to nurture well-rounded individuals capable of effecting meaningful change in society.

Moreover, discussions on the literary legacy of Srimanta Sankardev provided a cultural anchor, celebrating Assam’s rich heritage and emphasizing the role of literature in shaping collective identity and values.

Throughout the Conclave, a spirit of collaboration and dialogue prevailed, epitomizing the ethos of the Integrated Network Of Youths (INY). The event wouldn’t have been possible without the generous support of sponsors like Pattern Classes, Mahendras Nagaon Branch, and Abhishek RAJ Foundation, as well as the dedication of the National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of ADP College.

In sum, the INY Conclave 3.0 was not merely a gathering of young individuals but a catalyst for change, inspiring youth to harness their potential and drive positive transformation in their communities and beyond.
