3. THE BOOK REVIEW SHOULD BE WITHN 500 WORDS AND BE SUBMITTED IN A PDF FORMAT. THE PDF MUST CONTAIN YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER IN THE FIRST PAGE.
4.THE MEDIUM CAN BE EITHER ASSAMESE OR ENGLISH.
5. THE SUBMISSIONS CAN BE TYPED ( Times New Roman with font 14) OR HANDWRITTEN .
6.TOP 3 BOOK REVIEWS WILL BE AWARDED WITH EDUCATIONAL GIFTS .

INY_ASSAM with an initiative towards youth development , trying to imbibe a zeal of social awareness, scientific temperament , cultural responsibility amongst the youths started the INY Cultural and Skills Development Week in 2021. This Week was held in online mode in the past two years to gain a wide participation in the state and also taking into concern the Covid-19 restrictions.
This time, the Third Edition of INY Cultural and Skills Development Week has been changed to INY Cultural and Skills Development Month 2023, in which we are targeting to conduct events offline in schools of the remotest areas so that we can connect the students with the mainstream. We shall conduct events amongst the schools kids so that the youths get culturally , scientifically and socially aware.
Also, we are organising a Submission Based Essay Competition and Book Review Contest like the previous years !
