AN INITIATIVE OF INY SINCE 2021
INY_ASSAM with an initiative towards youth development , trying to imbibe a zeal of social awareness, scientific temperament , cultural responsibility amongst the youths started the INY Conclave in 2021. The conclave basically focuses on speakers and topics that could inspire the youths.Â

INY CONCLAVE 4.0Â
As part of the 6th Foundation Day celebrations, INY Conclave 4.0 was successfully organized as a flagship event aimed at promoting ideas, innovation, leadership, and social impact among the youth. The conclave served as a platform for meaningful discussions and the exchange of knowledge, inspiring participants to contribute actively towards societal development and nation-building.
The event featured Dr. Atanu Nath, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, Tihu College, and recipient of the prestigious 2026 Breakthrough Prize in Fundamental Physics, as one of the distinguished panelists. Through his insights and experiences, he encouraged young minds to embrace scientific thinking, research, and innovation as tools for progress.
The conclave was also honoured to invite Dr. Uddhab Kumar Bharali, Padma Shri Awardee (2019), eminent Indian innovator and internationally acclaimed as the “Machine Man of Assam”, as a distinguished panelist. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen medical emergency, Dr. Bharali was unable to attend the programme. Nevertheless, his association with the event itself was a matter of great pride for the organization, and the participants deeply appreciated his support and encouragement towards youth-led initiatives.
The successful conduct of INY Conclave 4.0 significantly enriched the Foundation Day celebrations and reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to creating platforms that nurture ideas, innovation, and leadership among the younger generation. The event emerged as one of the major highlights of the Seventh Plenary Session and added immense value to the overall celebration.
